MICROSOFT DYNAMICS NAV DEVELOPER*

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT PARTS EUROPE:

  • As a NAV Developer the configuration, development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV software and components in all functional areas
    is your main task.
  • You create new and modify existing customizations as required by internal customers.
  • Furthermore you perform data conversions, debug system problems and craft resolutions.
  • You install and implement service packs and hot fixes as needed and test the functionality developed by the team against business requirements.
  • To understand the business/application requirements you are in constant exchange with project managers, business analysts and software testers and assist in functional specification of customizations.
  • A nother important part of your job is the participation in end-user training including development of system documentation and training materials. You provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end user support.

YOU BRING ALONG:

  • You have successfully completed a professional certification and accreditation in software development and bring along some years of Dynamics NAV programming experience.
  • Expertise with Dynamics NAV C/SIDE C/AL language, development experience with Role Tailored Client (RTC) as well as upgrade and migration experience
    help you. SQL and .NET experience are a plus.
  • You are customer oriented with a high ability to translate customer business requirements into code solutions.

  • As a Full Stack Web Developer at our headquarter in Germany the programming of frontend and backend web applications mainly in PHP and JS is one of your main tasks.
  • You handle all stages of web development from conception to deployment in collaboration with the team and with the involved project managers.
  • Furthermore you are responsible for the analysis of complex systems and their dependencies as well as the analysis and the approval of technical project requirements.
  • You regularly work on our web shop based on Shopware and on web sites based on Joomla! and WordPress.
  • Another important point of your work is the extension and maintenance of custom solutions based on Symfony, Metronic, NodeJS and other technologies.


YOU BRING ALONG:

  • You are fluent in PHP, JS, MySQL and other database languages and have a good understanding of common PHP frameworks, the RESTful API and SOAP and data transfer formats.
  • Familiarity with package management and code versioning tools help you with your daily work.
  • Knowledge of Doctrine ORM, PHPUnit, Elasticsearch and JQuery are a plus but not required.

Your responsibilities:

You will be part of our support team within our IT Operations department. We are a very diverse group of people; our customers come from all over Europe and beyond, and we pride ourselves in speaking to our customers in their language as much as possible. We believe in developing and using technology that makes life and work easier for our customers and part of your job is to help with personal support one customer at a time. You will be providing user support on the phone, by e-mail and by handling service tickets; you will also participate in the creation of training materials and video tutorials, and give short trainings on your languages.  

Your profile:

You already have some experience in a customer support role and are familiar with using a support ticket system to keep your workload organized. You can troubleshoot user problems and you are very detail oriented. You consider yourself very computer literate and you are familiar with online e-commerce functionality.

Your responsibilities:

  • Accomplishment of manual and automated testing of multiple IT projects (ERP, CRM, e-commerce)
  • Documentation of test scenarios, their results and release notes
  • Functionality test according usability
  • Participation in the elaboration of quick sheets and training materials
  • Close co-operation and communication with developers, project managers and end users

Your profile:

  • Degree in informatics and experience in automation testing of ERP-systems and web solutions is required
  • You have technical understanding for complex software solutions to reveal risks, dependencies and weak points and also for scripting languages and SQL
  • You are characterized by high level of quality awareness and have a good eye for details
